Subscriptions

Who needs a subscription?

A monthly subscription is required for male members to access Femsyn features. Female members may use the platform without a subscription.

How do I subscribe?

After signing in, click Subscribe in the navigation bar. You will be asked to enter your card details via our secure payment provider. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription will be activated immediately.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Sign in, then click Subscription in the navigation bar and follow the cancellation steps. Cancellation is processed immediately - your subscription ends straight away and you will not be charged again.

My payment failed – what should I do?

Check that your card details are up to date and that your bank has not blocked the charge. If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also reach us via the contact form below and we will assist you.

I was charged but my subscription is not showing as active.

Payment confirmations can occasionally take a few minutes to process. If your subscription has not been activated within 15 minutes of a successful charge, please contact us using the form below. Include the approximate date and time of your payment and we will investigate promptly.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us using the form below within 7 days of the charge if you believe a refund is warranted, and we will review your request.

Reporting Abuse & Abusive Behavior

How do I report a user?

Visit the profile of the user you wish to report and click the Report button. You will be asked to describe the behaviour in detail. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team as a priority.

What counts as abusive or reportable behavior?

Reportable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation
  • Sending unsolicited explicit content
  • Impersonating another person or account
  • Sharing another user's private information without consent (doxxing)
  • Soliciting minors or engaging with underage users in any sexual context
  • Scamming or attempting to extort money from other members
  • Any behaviour that violates our Terms of Service
What happens after I submit a report?

Your report is sent directly to our moderation team. We review every report and take appropriate action, which may include a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban of the reported account. For privacy reasons we are unable to share the outcome of an investigation with the reporting party, but all reports are taken seriously.

Can I block a user?

Yes. You can block a user from their profile page. Blocked users cannot send you messages or view your profile. Blocking is separate from reporting - if you have experienced abusive behaviour we encourage you to report the user as well.

Privacy & Staff Access

Can staff read my private messages?

No. Femsyn staff do not monitor or read private messages as a matter of routine. Staff are only able to access message content when a report has been submitted and a review of messages is necessary to investigate that specific report. Access in those cases is strictly limited to what is required to assess the reported behaviour.

Can staff view my profile?

Staff can access profile data only when it is necessary to investigate a report of abuse or to resolve a support request you have raised. We do not browse user profiles outside of these circumstances. Your profile information is treated with the same confidentiality as all other personal data on the platform.

When is my data accessed by staff?

Staff access to your account data (including messages and profile details) is permitted only in the following situations:

  • A report of abuse or policy violation involving your account has been submitted by another user.
  • You have contacted support and resolution of your issue requires account-level investigation.
  • We are required to comply with a lawful legal request.

How do I request deletion of my account and data?

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting us using the form below or by emailing admin@femdomnation.org. Requests are processed within 30 days.

My account has been suspended. What do I do?

If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact us using the form below. Include your username and the email address associated with your account. We will review your case and respond as quickly as possible.
