1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Femsyn ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Femsyn. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Femsyn is an adults-only platform. All participation requires informed, voluntary consent. By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you are a consenting adult and that you engage with all content and other users on a fully consensual basis.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you expressly represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old;
You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms;
You are not prohibited by law from using adult-oriented social networking platforms in your jurisdiction;
All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Femsyn reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Misrepresenting your age or eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.

3. User Accounts & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must:

Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential;
Notify us immediately at admin@femdomnation.org upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially when using shared devices;
Not share your account credentials with any other person.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Femsyn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Staff Access to Your Data

Femsyn staff members do not have access to your private messages or your profile content beyond what is necessary to investigate a specific, documented complaint or to comply with a valid legal obligation. We enforce strict, role-based access controls on all internal systems. Access to user data is granted only on a need-to-know basis, is logged, and is subject to regular audit. No staff member may access, read, or export user messages or profile information for any purpose outside of the limited circumstances described above.

5. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content you post, send, or otherwise transmit through the Platform. You agree not to:

Post, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, obscene (beyond what is permitted by the Platform's nature), defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;
Solicit, collect, or store personal information about other users without their explicit consent;
Impersonate any person, entity, or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
Harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any other user;
Distribute unsolicited commercial messages ("spam") or engage in commercial solicitation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, its systems, or other users' accounts;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Platform;
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security or access control feature of the Platform;
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
Facilitate or encourage any conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You acknowledge and agree that you bear full legal and moral responsibility for any content you submit and for your conduct on the Platform. Femsyn is not responsible for user-generated content and does not endorse any views expressed by users.

6. User Rights

As a user of Femsyn, you have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our data retention obligations;
Portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
Objection: Object to certain processing of your personal data;
Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your personal data in certain circumstances;
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw any consent you have previously given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

7. User Liabilities

By using the Platform, you accept full legal and financial responsibility for:

Any content you post, upload, or transmit, including content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, or constitutes unlawful speech;
Any harm caused to another user or third party arising from your conduct on the Platform, including harassment, fraud, or misrepresentation;
Any unauthorized access to or use of another user's account or data facilitated by you;
Any violations of applicable local, state, national, or international law arising from your use of the Platform;
Any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) incurred by Femsyn or any third party as a result of your breach of these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Femsyn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

8. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant Femsyn a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except to the extent content has been shared with other users and cannot reasonably be recalled. We will never sell, license, or otherwise transfer your content to third parties for their independent commercial use.

9. Termination

Femsyn reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to the Platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

Your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases;
We may retain your data as required by applicable law or our data retention policy;
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for the conduct, online or offline, of any user.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Femsyn and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses - arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to the Platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Platform's features. When we make material changes, we will provide prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, notify you via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
